Welcome @azade12 I noticed you are new to our community and may not be aware of the forums search feature. The search feature is represented by a magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner near your avatar, in the future please use the search tool to find relevant topics to post in before creating new ones.
You can ask the blacksmith directly and he will tell you where, but this is only after you engage the Flute quest.
Some things have changed since 0.4 but overall all the walk through listed below will help you resolve any hiccups in the quests available in 0.5.
