I have no idea why this is happening.
This error was already solved here.
You need to delete WHGame.dll in the Steam directory
Then repare the game via Steam.
Forum might be bit chaotic at first but in the upper right corner, there is an icon of a magnifying glass.
That is a search feature.
If you encounter different error, please try to use that feature beforehand you create new topic.

Hey, don’t bother suggesting it, he’ll just ignore it for two days then try it on his own.
Just like the last one.
He can’t be blammed since the other topic has no mentions to the error (Game doesn’t start. Failed to load WHGame.dll), so using the search would be helpless.
If it wasn’t for this topic (with clear title) I would not have found anything.

so I solved my problem after few steps:
- delete WHGame.dll from …\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance\Bin\Win64
- in steam find “Kingdome Come” mouse right click -> properties and start "verify integrity of game files"
if didn’t help - start CMD as administrator and run "sfc /scannow"
if didn’t help - fing KingdomCome.exe file in …\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance\Bin\Win64 and run it “As Administrator”, after that system told you, that game cant start because cant find some DLL files.
in my case it was “xinput9_1_0.dll” and I download this dll file from internet and put in to C:\Windows\System32
DONE! now my game successifuly
