I backed on the Kickstarter enough to get the Baron Code, however it doesnt say Baron under my profile. Also i keep trying to save my Kickstarter email but then it doesnt save. Any help guys?

pledged a long time ago for baron level on kickstarter and tried many times puting my kickstarter mail in profile but nothing happens and so no baron avatar and homepage profile tells i have nothing.
I can pm my kickstarter mail/login name, screens, anything needed, if the right person can PM me
