I wonder why there are partially mirrored versions of the map everywhere.
Because there had to be some surroundings around the alpha map? This obviously isn’t the real game map.

if that 3x3 tile is the entire game map size, and that area in the middle of the 3x3 tile is the alpha test terrain we barely explored due to invisible boundaries, i think map size won’t be a problem at all.
flying using the gravity cheat then going outside of the boundaries, it’s already a pretty huge area.

I think the 1x1 area is the map size not the 3x3, look on the river
and compare the maps

that would make sense. i just assume because game estimated to be 9 square kilometers, then each tile would be 1 kilometers.
i was wondering why entire map seem so enormous for 9 sqr km
