New PC for Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Good enough?

Hello, I have ordered my new PC after 6 years. Now I have extremely old Intel Core i7 930 with GeForce GTX 780.

New PC specs: Intel Core i5 6600k with Gelid Tranquillo rev.3
Asus Z170-P
Kingston HyperX DDR4 16 GB 2400 Mhz
WD Red 2 TB + Adata SSD 240 GB
Corsair 300R
Seasonic 620W

For now GPU will be my “old” GTX 780 OC, next year I am planning to buy GeForce GTX 1070. Question is do you think that this computer (with GTX 1070) will run KCD maxed out at 1920x1080? Or even 2560x1440? (I am planning also new Dell monitor).

I would say yes, of course it depends on the level of optimisation that will be done till release. But what about a an i7 cpu?

It will ‘run’ maxed out at that resolution. I can run at ~30+fps mostly with an i5 2400 and GTX970… but if you require 60+fps then maybe not… that would depend on the optimisation done by release.

The much higher resolution will require more GPU power, but that may still be ok… for a moderate framerate, but I doubt that 60 fps would be likely.

I know one thing; I had to install my copy of the game onto an SSD so it wouldn’t freeze ever few seconds while running the game on High or Highest settings.
