Nothing happends when I press e to talk to several NPC’s, such as the Herb Woman. Cant find any console commands to force this action either.
Sorry, this sometimes happens, it is a bug in this early version. We are knowing about it and we are working on this. 
Restarted the game a couple of times, now Herb Women is back to normal.
The problem is, the Herb Women is linked to several quests, and sometimes they interferer with each other and you are not able to talk to her anymore.
When I restarted the game, I was able to talk to her again. So solved from my perspective.
