Performance in Alpha 0.3

My System is:

FX 8350 @ 4.5 Ghz
HD 7950 (Stock: Core: 1000Mhz Memory: 1250Mhz)
8 Gb Ram

In Alpha 0.2 I recognized that my frames dropped, if I overclock (never had Problems with overclocking in other games or at Benchmarks) my graphicscard or the game freezed,
with stock it worked fine on High with 30fps in the village, but sometimes when I started the game the frames where lower but went higher when I was turning window mode on and off(strange or not?).

Now in Alpha 0.3 I don’t have more than 30fps in the village at all.

Does someone have a similar System where it works better?

Edit: I disabled all overclocking and now I’ve got 25-40 Fps in the Village with 1920x1080 and High Details that’s okay but I don’t understand why my Performance gets worse with overclocking in every other game it works and with benchmarking progs too.

In the marked spaces i’ve get the lowest frames
From 30/31 fps down to 14 fps!
I’ve tried to highlight exactly where it starts and where it ends.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 (EVGA) 2047MB, drivers version: 344.75
Crucial MX100 SSD drive
6,00 GB DDR3 RAM @ 520MHz

Resolution: 1920x1200, the following is without changing any advanced graphics settings:
Low settings: 35-40 fps outside, around 30 indoors
Medium settings: 28-35 fps outside, around 30 indoors <–I play on this one
High settings: 22-27 fps outside, around 22 indoors
Very high settings: 16-22 fps outside, around 19 indoors

I noticed some slowdowns in dialogue and when in the main menu.

EVGA GTX 970 FTW

I’m experiencing 19-23 fps regardless of my graphical settings(medium or very high). Going to go ahead and guess that there is an extreme CPU bottleneck occurring. Tried running my 970s in SLI but recieved even worse performance ~19 fps.
