So I have pledge this project, I thought something would continue, but then I had some problems and now I want a refund.
I decide I prefer to buy it directly when It releases rather than waiting for it, meanwhile I can use the money that I pledge into a new headset (something I really need right now).
I really want a refund, I am waiting from their response.
Any tips and helps to get in contact with refund?

Best thing to do is contact the devs directly. You have had an entire month to decide not to donate though so my sympathy levels are minimal.
I’m of the same opinion as @Durradan on this, you’ve had weeks to decide whether to change your pledge or not.
Also the forum is not the place to be talking about this issue - you should be mailing Warhorse on KS or Warhorse directly about getting a refund rather than asking here.
I asked an information where I should share my intel.
I already have emailed them, so this topic is useless
