I know you are pulling the numbers out of your ass, but just in case you trully believed that:
Average rent in the center of Prague (just outside main tourist sights) is at about €450.
Average national salary is at about €1000.
Average salary in Prague is at about €1200.
As it happens, my country has been one of the least anti semitic for centuries. In any case, the moment anyone (Jew included) feels threatened, they are free to be armed. Meanwhile in you country, they are bound to wait and see, scared for their lives and being able to do nothing about it.

I heard exactly the same from a British language teacher in Prague. He was kind off buffled when I asked him whether he has already packed his shit in order to be ready to go back after hearing his strong opinions on how the UK needs to get out of EU. Somehow it never occurred to him that he has no right to work in the Czech Republic other than the right enshrined in the EU law.
On the other hand, the Brits seem not able to learn from own mistakes. We got huge number of people coming in after entering EU too. Then the government changed the laws so that nobody (including Czechs) can get ANY social benefits without having 2 years of work first (unless they are disabled…), and suddenly the problem was off the table.
