When its optimized?

Hello I am a new supporter of this game and currently I don’t think I’m able to participate in alpha due to some errors (mostly with ram). I was just wondering when it’s finally optimized, if I’ll be able to run it with these specs?

Intel i5 4460 3.2ghz Quad Core
Msi H97 pc mate atx 1150 Motherboard
8gb of ram (plan to upgrade to 16gb or more in the near future)
MSI Radeon R9 380 4GB Video Card

If there is anything anyone can suggest in upgrades I would appreciate it.
I hope to play this game one day! Thank you for help if its possible

EDIT:: Nevermind I learned that It knocks the shit out of my cpu usage… on menu even! 1-2% to 20% to 100% as soon as I get the start menu! Crazy!

your system is fine. It´s good enough for testing Alpha 0.4.
Alpha 0.5 should be more opimized, and run smooth.
The new alpha is expected this week… :smiley: :innocent:

Do you have a SSD? In general a good thing.

Yes, Alpha will be more optimized, but there will also be new stuff in the alpha. And it is always the question which one is stronger, the new optimization or the rising requirements because of new content…

And the Alpha was already expected last week. Hopefully it will be there this week, but we better promise nothing. :kissing:

Ah great! Glad to hear an update is coming! I also have it installed on my 120gb SSD, I had it on a 1tb drive and it seems to run a little better on it.

I have like 5 to 15 fps on medium settings… i cant even play it at all…

it worked like half a year ago - same settings… with about 40 fps or more…

any advices ? any tricks to make it run smooth ?

My system should have no problem at all
I7 2600k @3,5
8GB DDR3
GTX 780 3GB OC
Win 10

Half a year ago it was a shadow of what it is now, many new features have been implemented so its going to be more strain on your system.

Though I am not a master of the SSD, but I can advise you(For personal use) HyperX Savage.

Samsung 850 EVO will be little bit better. TLC 3D V-NAND.
I bought for games 500 850 EVO. I’m happy like a boa.

P.S. It seems guys did something. Around 30 fps in 4K and ultra except visible range.
