Xbox Game Key not showing in profile. Just DLC

Hi, I pledged for the Duke’s edition and selected Xbox One as my platform, but the game code is titled for steam. Do I get a physical Xbox One edition too?

I got the game code (Xbox) on my profile but no pre order bonus dlc code. I am not completely sure if I should get one as a Kickstarter backer…

This is the answer I received just now

Try again tomorrow, please. You need to log in to your online account to check the key. If the problems continue after the release, don´t hesitate to contact us.

Same thing here.

But, we received the Kickstarter update on 2/10 that stated the following:

Profile updates
We have made a lot of updates in our database, but the most important for you are:
Tracking number for physical packages added, for the high backers even two of them for game and sword.
Steam login added for digital rewards including game, soundtrack or art book (for all eligible backers). OST and art book will be available only trough Steam.
PS4 code added, one for both game and pre-order bonus.
Two Xbox codes added, one for game and one for pre-order bonus.
Some digital rewards will be added in a matter of days - game scenario, poster/map or figure for 3D printer.
Selected tiers with two licences can see the first platform according to your choice (PC/Xbox/PS4) and the second is a Steam key.

Yeah, I’m just saying they told us all that there should be two codes in the Kickstarter update.

I really hope Deep Silver didn’t cause this major fuckup by insisting customers receive the game before backers (who are they?)

03:08 and still no key even though people who just bought the game (around the same price if you buy the disc) are already playing

I wasn’t really frustrated until a couple hours ago. I expected them to sort this out today, but apparently not. As a backer, I would have thought we would be taken care of first, but I would have been better off not backing this and pre-ordering it.

My feeling exacttly, sometimes when publishers get involved the target moves from backers to customers. I didn’t back to get the game cheaper, just to help out a vision, and to be respected in return.
