I bought the game now because I knew I would play it once it came out, but I downloaded the launcher.exe and if I double click it the blue working circle (on Windows 10) appears for a brief moment and then nothing happens. I’m not quite sure what to do.

There isn’t any buttons or links or anything on the page where I could input my information.
