You do not get the steam key now, only installer accesible via your profile. Steam keys should be available after release.
Hello @Boyconsole, this is true, you will find the download link to the Launcher in your profile on www.KingdomComeRPG.com, you will receive a Steam key later at the release of the game.

I think the game is kinda cheaper now, than it will be during release. At least this is common model…
Released since yesterday, still no steam key or possibility to link steam in the profile.
