Open a command prompt and run REGEDIT, on the left, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup and make sure that The values SystemSetupInProgress and UpgradeInProgress should be set to 0 (zero) or not exist.
-
In a command prompt run “sfc /scannow” as outlined here: (this site is for windows 10, which your logs show that you are running) http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2895-sfc-command-run-windows-10-a.html#option3 and if it fails for any reason, there’s several tips on that page on ways to get it to fix any problems it finds.

Check your disk for errors (this site shows instructions for windows 8 and/or 10) http://www.thewindowsclub.com/disk-error-checking-windows-8

I saw some articles about that error and several had to do with Shadow Copies on the drives, that either there were too many and it ate up space, or there wasn’t enough space for creating new shadow copies… I don’t know much about it but if the other stuff doesn’t work you might as well look into it https://www.maketecheasier.com/free-up-drive-space-by-removing-shadow-copies/ NOTE: Don’t do this if you want to keep your system restore points that have been made previously
Let me know what results you get with this info
