Inside the rattay blacksmith’s house there is a broken chest. it is a (very hard) chest. it is located in the pantry looking room right off the kitchen. I picked the lock on the chest and opened it. rather than having a steal option it had the take option. i took everything and noticed i was horribly overencumbered until i realized the items looked awfully familiar. The chest was my horse’s inventory! when i had taken all from the chest it had taken all from my horses inventory. i checked it multiple times and when i access the chest it is the items from my horses inventory.
I saw that but couldn’t open it. There is also an unlocked unguarded chest containing Top of the line equipment. I just left it there. Maybe thats why there are some people complaining that combat has gotten too easy for them…with OP equipment!
