Just Login to the Support System http://support.kingdomcomerpg.com and create a Ticket
(The credentials are the same as on the main site www.kingdomcomerpg.com)

I have the exact same problem. I thought maybe I could just follow the ticket @mudds already made. But there’s no sollution there.

I have created a new ticket with the gamelauncher log but i don’t have any KCD_BETA_ACCESS_ logs.
Do you have any special characters in your Windows user name? Like “?!+°*#” or something like this
