Launcher "Unable to downloaded files required files. Please check your internet connection."

Its Sunday evening in Czech Republic. The people who need to look at the file may not have worked over the weekend.

I have downloaded a new launcher, but the issue is still occuring. Any update?

I know the time - I live in the same timezone (Likely in the same city). I have returned home quite late yesterday.

I can’t play the game or get any help so please give me my money back if this is what you want.

The problem is still relevant. The defect is still the same as described, error message “The account is already existing.” (in czech) still pops up after the launcher downloads the update and tries to install it.

Please upload your Logfiles to your Ticket. Important! You can find them on your pc:
c:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Temp\GameLauncher\ GameLauncher_20160323_131251_2507.log
You can also type %temp% in address bar to be redirected to the desired folder and save yourself some time.

Just Login to the Support System http://support.kingdomcomerpg.com and edit your Ticket
(The credentials are the same as on the main site www.kingdomcomerpg.com)
