Hello, im having trouble in game waking a character up, he will not wake up, at all. ive waited for days, ive re-loaded, he is a quest and i cannot wake him up, can i wake him with a console command?

Same for me. Ginger, from the main quest “Ginger in a pickle” won’t wake up, no matter how time I skip. I even did 2-3 side quests and came back. Nothing to do, this little guy keeps sleeping 24/7. Any update? Why can’t we wake up people?
