Website Issues Reporting

I could not find any topic for the website issues. So I’d like to ask for two things:

  1. Please Capitalize my name in messages. (Ex: “Hello Aralin!” instead of “Hello aralin!”)
  2. The forum and website have two different accounts. That is going to cause a lot of issues going forward.

Hi @Aralin,
Would this be the reason I couldn’t log into the forums with my pledged account (@foozle) and had to create this one?

When I tried logging into the forums with my @foozle account with either my username or email address it simply stated “unknown error”. When I attempted to reset my password it said “you have tried this to many times, try again later”

Yes, you have two accounts - one for pledge, one for forums. The reason, I believe, is that forums have been with us for longer time than the pledge option, when there were just KS backers. And the pledge system on the website is more or less independent.
