My profile page says that my soldier tier (pledged via the website) is paid, i canāt see any code yet.
Only the Baron tier and up get the Alpha code.
Hmmmm, okay. But, why is the page telling me the following?

Tech Alpha: October 2014
Beta: Q3 2015

Beats me, it doesnāt say anything like that on my profile, and yet I have the Baron tier! Oh well

The problem I have seems to be fixed for everyone else, but not me. The problem being a blank āPaid tiersā box on the profile. Just thought Iād say.
Yeah, same. Completely blank.
Blank as well for me, Just says āPaid Tiersā and there is absolutely nothing to click on at all in the area.
I clicked on pledge - drop down menu appears, I click profile. and all i see is

I fixed it for me by changing back to my old kickstarter e-mail.
Iām having the same problem. And I never changed the email. It is exactly the same one I am using on KS.
If you have different e-mail on our homepage try change it your e-mail to KS email and then go to your profile, get your code and then you can change it back. If this did not help please send me your homepage email and KS email as a PM. I hope this help.
