I’m glad @gromon said it, but just to add my voice, yeah, let’s get some simple spears in there, boar spears are awesome. Also, to be sure, make sure that you can do a spear and shield combo.
Maybe some common things to use as a weapon too? Dunno, like oar, log or an agricultural tools.

You may also heraldic ceiling or light armor of competition horses. (Ohh, I can hardly wait to play this ;))
I wonder if there is going to be the bill or a quarterstaff? That would be totally awesome! The old English would yell on the battle field “BILLS AND BOWS!!” My opinion is that the bill is the best weapon. I think they should add it.
