Anyone else alittle paranoid of knife attacks?

When did i say the rest of the world was this nasty place??

the way you refer to other nations such as russia shows you have this feeling that the US is far better than anywhere else when data shows its in facts worse

Once upon a time German army was actually quite dangerous (probably the single most dangerous in the world) and perfectly able to strike abroad if needed. You probably know why is contemporary Germany unable to field such strong army or any army at all and why was that topic too controversial for so long.

The world “protected” by America is just an illusion. The US of A protect just their interests and we in the remaining parts of the “western world” try to thrive on the remains of their prey. It should be stressed that no other country caused so much suffering since WW2 as USA did and do. Europe and other parts of the industrial and postindustrail world quite enjoy it’s share so it would be highly hypocritical to suggest USA is the only culprit here. But they are culprits nevertheless and it’s hugely disturbing that the only remnant of their superior power is probably the army. I don’t want to witness the world of internally collapsing superpower able of fielding global army. I want the good old post-war consensus.

And peace. I don’t believe America is capable of achieving peace.

On the other hand:

Grave question. Probably in many meanings of the word grave. The world seems to start loosing stability rather swiftly. Why we are unable to cooperate and try to solve serious issues we face is beyond me. Why to repeat the arms race instead of focusing our sources to the quest of finding clear energy is beyond me.

Just my two cents. I hope US citizens won’t be offended by my opinions based on years of studying the contemporary history.

To stick to the topic I would argue there are many dangerous weapons people don’t tend to hurt me with fortunatelly. E.g. crowbars, cars or spanish bonds. So no, I am not affraid of being attacked by a knife particularly.

the world requires a world leader the batten of leader is passed around , the UK/rome currently hold the record of holding onto it for the longest the US will soon be forced to give it up and i suspect china will take over i just hope the US lets it go peacefully and millions dont die , china is far less likely to throw its weight around and is more into investment that the US is or at least thats china’s stage 1

Really?? Because i think Putin wants his old soviet states back that means i think all russians are evil??? Sorry im not a rich kid i cant travel outside the country because i have better things to spend money on. I have access to the same information as you so i guess you also have north korea level info. Data shows the U.S is worse really? We dont have muslims enforcing their law over here have fun with that. I can drink water thats in the gutter of a street and have it been cleaner than most water of the world so i would say the U.S is far from a shit hole. Majority of the world lives in suffering and poverty so we are pretty lucky to live in Europe or the United States.

i think that comment proves my point just perfectly thank you sir , ill say it again travel the world while you still can and expand your mind

So because you took a two week vacation through nice parts of Europe staying 5 star hotels you can say that the majority of the world isn’t a poverty stricken mess?

Oh thats right who spends the most on international aid The United States

Rome? Please consider the Han empire.
Haegemony of Britain spanned probably from 1805 to 1918.

the roman empire went on for 500 years and the british empire went on from 16th centrury to mid 20th they both much larger and longer than the han empire

not at all im privileged enough to have travelled to many many places all over the world .
how much you spend on the outside world is irrelevant to your own personal ignorance i dont mean to insult you i just mean to tell you that before you put such things on the internet that you form your own world view from first hand experience and see the outside world and you will grow to realise thw world is full of lovely places and people who for some reason the US makes out to be evil such as north koreans , are actually lovely people but you judge them from the voice of one man

Han Empire is the reason you can’t consider Rome as the world haegemon. It would be silly and utterly eurocentric to postulate such category earlier than after Ming.

Britain haegemony is closely connected to their naval power. Therefore I won’t consider Britain as the world haegemon before Trafalgar. After WWI USA assumed the former Brittsh position.

no id disagree with that the UK was the leader power up to about 1945/43 we wielded and still do massive power not just through might but through our prestige and voice we controlled the globe . the US feels the need to flex its muscle in stages us brits didnt have to we have fought and defeated 99% of countries on the plannet so people didnt have to be reminded the power we had , in fact and unknown fact is that hitler himself was quite open that the UK could never be defeated his plan was to reinstall Edward to the throne and force us to switich sides he had no intention of invading us he was hoping that once we were defeated in the air we would of surrendered . before the war however britian was on the verge of war with the USA (look into war plan red ) their was a documentary on war plan red about a year ago that they examined the plan and both us and UK generals came to the conclusion that the US plan for attacking the british would have failed and the UK would of won after a long drawn out war on the US/canada border this was hitler’s hope and he was prepared to fight along side us brits when it happened so without the UK there would be no USA always to sides to a coin

great watch

I am of rather a different opinion sir.

How in the fuck would you know that north Koreans are lovely people?? I doubt you’ve been there and i never said they were evil people their government is very evil. Yeah you guys sure did good against an army of squirrel hunters back in 1776. Not sure why you keep saying the U.S flexes its muscle everywhere it goes. Out of all the countries there are only 20 you people haven’t invaded. You suppressed the Scottish and Irish for years and enslaved them. There were actually more Irish slaves then black slaves. You should be very proud of your country’s fine history of raping, invading, murdering, and enslaving people from all over the world. The U.S invaded Hawaii and Iraq and Canada and Mexico Canada wasn’t even a country at the time and mexico started the Mexican American war. Yeah pretty sure you flex your muscle more than us by just a bit.

You and France drove Germany into debt and starvation after ww1 through the treaty of Versailles which allowed Hitler to rise up and take advantage of Germany’s weakened state to seize power.
You guys have a lot of blood on your hands.

and mexico started the Mexican American war.

You really need to learn a bit of history. That was was in every way an US landgrab
try read what Grant or Lincoln thought about it

Annexing Texas was already a very aggressive move. Sending US tropes across the border into mexico and picking a fight to excuse a war
Well sound pretty similar to what Russia have been doing lately in Ukraine

I do read history. Texas won its war from independence and was not annexed by the United States for 8 years. During that time it was its own country called the Lone Star republic. Texas won its independence at the battle of San Jacinto. During the battle they captured Mexico’s dictator general Santa Anna. Santa Anna agreed to give Texas its independence if they set him free. The southern border of Texas was the Rio Grande river which Mexico agreed on during the treaty of Velasco. When America annexed Texas 8 years later the Mexicans claimed that the border started along the Nueces river farther north of the Rio Grande. When The United States annexed Texas the Mexican government completely ignored the treaty they signed and claimed all territory south of the Nueces river. This was im complete violation of the treaty. The U.S government sent troops under command of general Zachary Taylor to guard the territory. In 1845 another revolution sprung up against the corrupt government of Mexico this time in California. The United States offered 25 million dollars in exchange for the land near the Pacific ocean and the disputed territory along the Rio Grande. The Mexicans then decided they wanted all of Texas back and claimed it. On April 25th 1846 2000 Mexican troops fired on and killed 16 American soldiers which started the Mexican American war. America then proceed to whoop the living shit out of Mexico and on September 6th 1847 the United States captured Mexico city pretty much ending the war. In the treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo America paid Mexico 15 million dollars for what is today the south west and parts of the mid west of America. We let Mexico remain its own country and returned to them the land that is today modern Mexico. The United States also made everyone in the parts that we bought U.S citizens.
So we kicked their asses in a war they completely started and stilled paid them 15 million dollars hmmm sounds like you need to read up on history friend.

That is beside the point, it doesn’t matter if your a law abiding citizen. People don’t know if you have an abusive, dramatic, background. Or if oyou have a recent history,or even long history of psychological issues.

What are you smoking? I want it too.
