Anyone started a new game after yesterday patch?

If I was having no major issues on PS4 Pro is there any advantage to me starting a new game? Will graphics be better?

If you aren’t having issues, I’d just keep playing. My game got so bad with the screen stutter, I couldn’t even play for an hour before getting too frustrated to continue. I put it away for two weeks or more waiting for the patch, so starting completely over wasn’t life changing for me. I think I had 40 hours or more between both playlines, but still nothing I wasn’t willing to do again after taking such a long break. If it’s working well for you, just let it ride. No sense wasting progress for nothing.

Possibly-
Some events seem to happen (eg stockades filled) in new game files.
One or two reports of things bollocksing up later on with pre patch version save games.

This theory in part stems from previous patches.

Depends how much you have to give up…
I started ‘a quick run’ and found myself play upto beatings Hans /and getting his bow.
So excited I used a saviour snaps.

It tempts me on to try new things…

These are excellent points to consider all the way around!

Just reporting a little bit. I now have more than 50k groschen and the best items in the game so far. Not even a single bug. Before the patch I couldn’t land combos, now I can tackle 5 enemies at the same time without being hit and performing all longsword combos I always wanted to do. Absolutely in love with the game. Zero bugs, zero halberds on the ground and zero stuttering. I’ll always come back here for more updates. Good game for you all, friends
