I dont think so.
I will ask our launcher guy, but I would not expect different answer from mine.

When I buy a game, I like to have a standalone copy. And I save it on my NAS in order to be able to uninstall it (when I need space) and to reinstall it when in the right mood.
the final game will be available on steam.

Anyway there might be a way how to burn the launcher with downloaded data on a medium. It would still have some drawbacks though.
But I wouldn’t recommend it.
I have never been on Steam and I don’t have an account nor I received the KDC codes for Steam.
I’d rather get a single standalone installation file.
BTW, does somebody know where launcher.exe stores its temporary downloaded files and if there is a way to copy them for future reinstallation ?
