Well, I’m definitely not one of those, so the reality that I haven’t withdrawn should tell you all something.

I didn’t want to say you’re one of those (I just happen to know those and I struggled long time to understand them), and I already see that you’re interested in this game since you stay around

However, your math is slightly off:
For $500 you don’t get 1440 packs of cigarettes, only 72… (I’m not a smoker, but the price is 5,40 per package DZV, the conversion rate 0.77823737 Google - so it’s 500 * 0,77823737 / 5,4 = 72)

No matter how you look at it, putting that money into any game is way better than buying cigarettes. Putting that money in a great RPG is the possibly best way to put your money in any game - so you sure did nothing wrong

Just so you know why I think that $500 is a lot.
Average wage in Czech Republic (im counting the money you get to your account - clear wage) is about 18 000,- CZK
$500 is approximately 11 000,- CZK.
So if average Czech person would do this and pay 11 00,- by mistake. They would be left with 7000,- CZK to survive a month smile I’m not blaming anyone or flaming, I just thought these numbers are interesting.

Well, having been so broke I couldn’t pay attention and being much better off now, I can attest to the truth that in many ways, it really is relative. I look back on making $2.01 an hour and wonder how in the ruddy blazes I raised a kid, kept us fed, and rent paid. If someone told me back then that I would one day make what I make now, I likely would have killed myself laughing at them.

Now, today, I look at what I make and say, “Good grief, I cannot imagine how people who make less than this even get by.” But the simple fact is, you always do and there’s are levels of “getting by” no matter where you go.

What was “poor” to me in the 80’s no doubt would be quite rich to someone in another country. Just as what I make today wouldn’t be considered “rich” by any standard but those of white collar executives and the like.

Either way, I don’t spend a lot on recreation over all, so I allow myself to do so as I like when I finally get the itch to be thus inclined. Doesn’t happen often, but when it does…

Well said. Even if you were rich as hell, Its not some to be ashamed of and its no crime. And the point about countries is very true.
