I had the same problem. Until it got fixed, I couldnā€™t even send private message in the forums, the option was hidden.

I sent a message to warhorse via Kickstarter and I was gladly helped in no time. I suggest you people do the same.

The easiest way for someone to get this fixed is to send Warhorse Studios a message on Kickstarter that includes your email and nickname you used to activate your account here. They mentioned that they can see our pledges there so they can edit our accounts without further verification.

So, on the kickstarter page, click on the ā€œContact meā€ link under Warhorse Studios to send them the message that you havenā€™t received your code or that it isnā€™t working.
