But these features get abused on a regular basis, just to provoke some users and then to hide behind a mod.
Yes they do but I’m glad we are here working this out
So, the options available are:
A, disable the auto-hide to prevent abuse. Removes power from the users, and without the option to self-moderate, adds more work for the Mods.
B, have a mod give a timeout/ban to the user abusing the system. Seems the more direct route, and gets to the root of the problem without sacrificing the power for the rest of the users.

I think there good Ideas and it is the spam flag that I seem to constantly get
All I know is, that I haven´t seen the troll who shall not be named since today now. This thread itself seems to deal with it pretty effectively.

I think both is a good step and both are needed to stop people 2 account abusing the system and maybe not a ban but a good talking to and @FritzFruegel he’s about but keeping low profile I would as well if 2 mods had tagged me in a 67 post thread about me

So what should we do with the troll? Try and ignore him? It’s pretty easy for most to ignore but I’m uk so on at same time as him

Sorry for the late reply, I was on vacation last week.
The user who abused the flag system to censor his critics is banned now.
I will take a look into the auto-hide system by flags to make abuse harder.
