i had the same problem in talmberg. i knocked them out but didnt kill them b4 i looted everything they had. like dude i thought there supposed to respawn there gear. but no those talmberg guards were naked my whole damn play through. like i was watching endgame cut scenes with naked guards in them lolol. it never ever re-geared the guards lol. i thought i was a bug or something .
ok cool, so im not crazy lol its good to know. next time ill just stealth kill them and save the poor guards all the embarrassment lol

Maybe a bit hard to see but I gave this deer a clean headshot. It needed a secon one to bring it down. Fortunately the deer didn´t move a bit after the first one
