I know but if you look Titan V vs 1080 ti Titan V win and you can play easy in 4k 80 fps say 2x 80=160(hard matematic)
and if we want play in 8k 160:2=80… 80 fps in 8k ultra 
It doesn’t work like that, but ok. It’s wins in 4k cus it has better computational capability. This card for building AI. You can buy it, if you have money, but does it costs it for a mere human? I don’t think so. If you only have to spare 10k dollars.

Idk, i’ll be building fine PCs and save money for a new CPUs and GPUs, if they’ll come out in the future. I won’t be spending money for something like Titan V, if i’m not working with it.
Best card for gaming is still 1080 ti 
Yeah, still better to buy it, if you’ve money and mind, but, if you want to update now, better to wait for GTX 20xx. If PC strongly needed right now, i guess, you can buy it or better to save money and get 1070.
