I’ve been picking up a few here and there on bandits. They fetch quite a bit of groschen. For swords, cant beat the St. George. It’s brutal!
Hrrmmph, now I’m feeling a bit jipped . . . though I find Stinger is plenty for me.
Both times I’ve encountered Faint-Hearted, I’ve used speech to convince him to go home, then pickpocketed him and stealth takedowned him, and I don’t recall ever finding this sword on him. Might have just overlooked it but I don’t think so. Scripted loot teleportations

Anyway, my fav weapon that I waited and looked for many, many hours: The Yew Long bow. Seems to be the most potent ranged weapon in the game.
the faint hearted knight does not give this sword anymore for some reason, always gives stalwart now

I have bought that sword(or got it out of a treasure chest/)and gotten it off a mercenary in end game plate. It has good ballenced stats with great defense and robustness. St george has 10 better stab I think but lower defense and way lower robustness.
