Kickstarter code?

testing phase two…

I got my code today. But it has not yet updated my backer “level”… guess I wait for a little bit.

I updated my code 4 hours ago, still no title. I think it takes its time…

Badge check (is there any other way to see your badge level)?

Open Warhorse’s Kickstarter page and click on the “Contact” link. This will allow you to send them a message. I did that this morning and Warhorse had everything set up for me by evening time.

I have upgraded my pledge, yesterday. when will my title/badge be upgraded. I havent’t received another message as well. :frowning:

So this is another test though I don’t think it matters, but my kickstarter code keeps disappearing from the preferences and I don’t seem to be getting the badge for it

Upgraded my pledge to Earl before the campaign ended, just don’t want to bother them with it again. Since I’ve contacted them about my missing badge before.

Hi guys, I currently can’t see my badge (duke) but I can see everyone else’s. Is this normal?

from where am I supposed to receive this badge?

The code comes in the internal mail in your kickstarter account. It can take 2-3 days before you get it. Once you have the code it can be entered either when you set up your forum account or later in your account preferences(? - I think that’s what its called). If you have the code and it does not work (show your pledge level under your name when you post) then send warhorse a pm through your account here and they will fix it. (Give them a few hours to reply, they might be busy atm…)
