for my Targetgroup (Silverager ) are this o.k. From this will find google diverse Links, when anybody search. Think, Gamestar for RPG is the maintitle.
I know this may sound obviousā¦ But get the famous people on youtube to play itā¦ Thats where I get my info. People I know that are famous are pewdiepie (is that how you spell it?) frankieonpc and I cant think of anyone else. I dont watch those dudes anymore but if you get them to play it you will get a huge popularity boomā¦ But idk if this is scandalish or not.
I donāt. Itās just an awful page.
Iām living in the Netherlands but do not follow any dutch gaming sites. I mostly get my information from Youtube channels, especially Totalbiscuit.
He has strong opinions about the game industry and has critical reviews of games like no other Youtube channel (I know of) does. Also his target audience is between 20 and 35 (if I remember correctly) so precisely the audience KCD is targeting. Unfortunately he has health problems (terminal cancer) and is therefore less active lately.
Thank you for your feedback. But there must be more! Any Ideas? Anything that wasnāt mentioned yet?
We are on the way to do this right now.
pewdiepie would be a big thing, but he is maybe very expensive and not easy to contact.
I think the target audience of pewdiepie is more <15 years and therefore I doubt is paying him will give the expected return. Going back to Totalbiscuit. He has videoās that explain the branche he works in and the importance of target audience. Also, if I am right he does reviews for free if he finds them interesting he and really supports indie devs and smaller studios. Relevant video here: https://youtu.be/4pRDRCorx14
Another relevant video for this topic I found again (: https://youtu.be/Q4F-zdpFb9I?t=309
Edit: (After viewing it again, itās more about marketing Indie games. But still interesting )
Gotta agree with @Jaapbaardaap, youtubers are one of the main sources for information about games, for myself and most people i know. (U.S)
Some youtube channels i watch for games
Angry joe show
Robbaz
Top hats and Champagne
Total Biscuit
Ive already seen Skallagrim mentioned in here and scholagladiatoria.
Both are channels i watch on a regular basis, and their fan base would be very interested in KC:D.
I dont know if all those sites/email adresses are still actual, but this is what we have used in our company on promoting our game like 1 year ago. I hope this will help you
PS: I had to replace @ in the email adresses with ? because forum was recognising them as users so If you want excel version I can send it to you

This link might help but idk
http://vidstatsx.com/youtube-top-100-most-subscribed-games-gaming-channels
Personally I donāt subscribe or follow anyone. I just find good videos, millions of views donāt really mean its a good vid about a game. Oh also, Skalagrim might play it! Heās into medieval combat.
Right now Skallagrim do not want to play the game, because of the early stage of the game. He waits fpr a more proper version. So maybe on beta.
So on the Dutch site pu.nl they just ask the communitie who they should interview. Of course i said Warhorse. But just to make it al little easier for them, who should they contact? @TobiTobsen @DrFusselpulli
Also there are a few people how are interested in the game there.
