Once they get the message and are aware of this I’m absolutely sure they will understand.
Well, I maybe would not do that in their shoes. They could be soon flodded with similar requests.
Not this early. In comparison to Hammerpoint Interactive (dev team) who in my opinion is more of a scam team. It would be unlikely to see large amounts of refund requests, especially when it comes to not liking the game. Since… Well… It isn’t available to play yet.
This is balls, sorry but there it is. This is an investment pure and simple, if you cannot afford it don’t invest.
If you are living on the Breadline, with a Child and commitments don’t invest in things like this. I cannot feel sorry despite your circumstances, because frankly you engineered this problem. Take responsibility for yourself, and your child and stop being a burden to others with your bad decisions.
A child is depending on you, so stop making bad financial decisions.
This is nothing to do with being unkind, it’s about being responsible, mature and adult. If you have a problem contact them directly posting something like this, about your personal circumstances, when you are the root cause is bound to end in someone telling you straight.
