To all of you xbox users who are experiencing the very painful stuttering issue. I originally played the game on xbox and it was so unbearable, and I loved the game so much, that I went and traded in my xbox for an xbox one x. The game works MUCH better on the xbox one x and is a very worthwhile investment. If you’re thinking about trading in your console the sooner the better, and for this game alone it was worth it to me.
I have always had a X. You need to get about 50hrs in and wait for 1 day in rattay and tell me it doesn’t stutter after that.

As for waiting for certification, that’s Microsoft’s fault not Warhorse’s.
Not if it has anything to do with PDF files. You can’t even open it. Yes you can send a email. That is about it. And for the patch; Warhorse pulled 1.4 because it had issues. That is not Microsoft’s fault Mate.

it takes 6 days to get it through MS QA and release a patch.
What do PDF files have to do with anything? You have a bug, you detail the bug in an email and send it to the support team, I know console users aren’t the brightest bunch but even you can figure that one out surely.
1.4 Wasn’t “pulled” it was postponed, 1.4.2 being delayed… y’know the thing you’re bitching about… is due to it requiring certification… from Microsoft. In other words, you have no idea what you’re talking about.
They want details and a possible game save. We can’t sent that. I get where you are coming from though. It is a pain on Xbox to get anything done and we just want to know if this will get rid of this stuttering issue we all our having. And as far as PCs. I never said I didn’t know how to use one. I said I didn’t own one. I’m a disabled veteran and don’t have the money for one right now.
I’m over 100 hours in and have waited more than a day in rattay and it doesn’t stutter. Perhaps you think it is bad because you’ve always played on the X, if our experiences are at all similar then you are not seeing anywhere close to the stuttering problem that you’d experience on the xbone. I’m not saying there is 0 stuttering on the xbox one x, but it is very minor and most certainly tolerable.
It might be because yours is new. I don’t know. Mine right now is really unplayable. I just went back in after clearing the cache and a full resart without any luck. My son has a regular xbox one and has the same problems. Even riding a horse is pointless because it runs at a snail pace in towns. In the country side it is a little better but the shaking stutter never goes away.
Have no freakin idea about XB but there’s an interaction effect going on with PS4 save files. Under the hood, I suspect that referential integrity has been lost for some data. when the number of save files is low, the sys gets thru it. but, when you stack up save files, the sys gets ‘confused/lost’… loss of cutscene sound, fatal crashes, stuck in block (shield out), stuck hovering over horse looking at sky, … all have been resolved by trim and reboot
Well I’m very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately that means this issue will be even more difficult to resolve for them since it isn’t universal. One thing you could try is to uninstall and reinstall the application I’m pretty sure you can backup your save so that you won’t lose that.

I do frequently delete my save files once my saviour schnapps get full. I wonder if that somehow helps performance…
I would try a redownload if I had better internet. I probably won’t have much choice though. I am way in the country where the fastest internet is 10 meg. But you only get those speeds for about 4 hours then it will drop to under 5.
I’m in the same boat as you. I get 5, 6 tops. I haven’t updated since 1.3.4…not looking forward to the next 16 hours of download…

I keep as little saves as possible. I know all the little tricks. I think I just need to bite the bullet and try to download it again. It can’t hurt.
