Did a run with 1.4.2 (needed that last achievement “virgin”) and everything worked, didn’t encounter a bug during main quest line. thanks a ton!

There was a change in 1.41 where you now hafta press and hold the escape/b button to close the screen instead of tapping. This was not in the then cheat mod ( now fixed)for console commands. Mebbe there is something similar happening.
