Patch 1.5 has ruined this combat on PS4

(With 1000+ hours played -I took that topic as a sarcastic burn- mostly due to the language used and size of the post not fitting their usual method)

Hi ya Kirksty- see how telling off the board posters has a flow on effect of inclusion and a sense of community…

KCD multiple people fights now a r e like in life - Id be scared to engage three or more armour muscled trained fighters/ruffians.
No matter if down a blind alley or the city square…
Id avoid.

+1 to stealth run
+1 disparaging difficulty between keyboard/controller for lockpicking

Of note is an input stickyness on the controller (I can easily replicate making cursor stick ‘off centre’ and scroll map screen/move camera),… definately a feature of why lockpicking with controller is impossible if not done quickly and also why lock picks break way to often… (you can watch screen/lockpick shake as if rejecting bad input, even though the controller isnt being touched, until pick breaks…)

So why do I have to do it alone in the first place? Why don’t I get a companion? That makes no sense.

There we are again with the different difficulties…

Sorry, english isn’t my first language, so I don’t understand.

Yes to co-operative play through… something the cryengine might make way easier than the gamebryo engine to implement.

About seven years ago a user posted a mod for Skyrim to allow co-op. It was buggy and needed work (they encouraged anyone to improve it).
Gave me hope for co-op- but gamebryo never has (to my knowledge!?) had co-op play.

Co-op is hard to implement when some aspects of game difficulty are based on the game being solo’d.
Generally need to design from ground up to have different inventories etc (otherwise player without, say ‘an artifact’, might trigger a conversation they could never have; eg completing a quest)

It is hard getting difficulty right in games like this.
Best thing aboit first baldurs gate was walking north from candlekeep maps… game asked for disc 4/5 and then loaded up really difficult areas… oh - I was meant to go south? I will come back with better armor and a few friends… going south loads disc 2 and 3… maybe there is a method to the madness…

I like not wanting to fight everyone and everything.
My medieval walking simulator, muggings and all
