xbox store said midnight (GMT) which is when anyone could buy it from the digital or play their physical copy but kickstarter backers were rewarded with an extra eight hour wait!
BTW, ignore the website countdown as it’s just based on your local clock, I changed my time zone to see if my code would appear, and it didn’t count down to either midnight or eight am for me!
