Sir Robard stuck 1/2 way in the ground, cannot speak to him, he does not move from this spot

Restart sys just in case it’s a caching/refresh problem. Yesterday, I got hurt and a huge blood streak displayed across the screen. After I healed (100 health), the blood streak didn’t disappear. I close the app and loaded the save file. The blood streak went away

Yes, I did try to restart a couple times, hes still there. (Dark Red ‘A’ north of Talmberg.

Only idea is to leave and come back to try and respawn him
