I tried to tell a twitch streamer that there is an embargo on the game… He or his mods deleted my message.

If it’s a press/preview copy given to them by WHS then they would be bound by an embargo date or restrictions set by WHS along with the EULA.
If the person is nothing more than a customer who by luck has got their copy early by post, then they are NOT bound by any embargo just the EULA, as they got their copy of the game in good faith.
For an embargo to have legs there must be an agreement between BOTH parties and in the absence of that especially if the EULA grants the right to stream content on streaming platforms, then WHS don’t really have a leg to stand on if the verbiage of the EULA is stuck to.

Wait how can you stream before release in the first place?
retailers dropped the ball and released physical copies for consoles, which don’t have DRM so they can already be played.
Aw lucky wish I could do that
