No mic, its no biggy he is one of the telepathic players, plus we used the PM system in the forum as an IM system.

Painting us as murderers for owning a gun is pretty stupid.

I think I really got to him when I said he had anxiety issues  must of been quite close to the truth

How’s the anckle? Any experiences with Czech healthcare you would like to share?

Hahah… yes… Ehm… I guess every Healthcare everywhere on the planet has to save money… but some are obviously saving more than others!

But from the suergery/ankle side… I don’t know… seems fine to me so far. I have a visit today so I’ll see.

What a sweet picture!

When I had motorcycle accident in Silesia, there was nobody on the staff at the ER who would be a native Czech speaker  Slovak doctors and Ukrainian nurses. I bet I’d easier find a Czech doctor in Berlin.

Which hospital did you go to? It seems from what you’ve (not) written that I should better take care to avoid that one should I ever need it.

@TobiTobsen, seem familiar?

GTA takeoff skills.

No no, don’t understand me wrong! I had just a small surgery and everything went smooth. I would go there again: http://www.nnfp.cz/

It’s just the general saving habbit. Like they gave me one band-aid and said i need to buy these.

Which is okay… but… I just needed two and they were really small, just to cover the wound… so… why didn’t she just gave me another one but send me with crutches to the pharmacy? It’s just the small things which sum up! They didn’t even gave me painkiller after the surgery but said… yeah just take what you find at home… like Paralen… the shit for everything but which never helps!

I am used to the German… oh you need this… here take this… and do you want Painkiller? Oh let me just prescripe some strong stuff you won’t get normaly, but really helps.

As I said… it’t the small things!

It was my 8th surgery now (was a former semi-pro sportsman). 7 in Germany 1 in CZ. But just here in CZ I got the feeling that I kinda bother them with my needs. On the other side in Germany it always seemed like they really want to help me!

Did you just praised my flying skills?!

Sorry to hear that. But rest assured they would be bothered by a Czech wanting to get actually health-care all the same.

It is probably cultural/personal thing. I always tell the doc what I want and make it clear I won’t have it any other way. I undergo a certain procedure in that hospital regularly. Normally, they don’t use anesthesia for that procedure, but I always require it. It was a few weird moments the first time I made it clear that I require it, but since then it is always automatic. Just stand your ground.

It is the same with everything. Do you ever deal with foreigners police? I suspect that their Kafkaesque ways were invented in order to accommodate the foreigners to the Czech way of providing services.

You won’t ever beat the Germans , know how to get stuff done quickly , just look at warhorse . The moment the German goes the system comes to a halt

The NHS in the UK make you wait about a year for surgery . Pretty good once you actually start treatment it’s waiting too get the treatment which is the crappy bit .

Their favourite line is
"Come back and see me in a year ". Leaving you their like "but but I’m dying "

Bit like me on battlefield 3 :sunglasses:
