Ah i love the L96 and no i have not shot a 50 cal although i would love to shoot one though. I saw Barrett 50 cal at the sportsmen expo when it was in my state and it was 13 thousand dollars. I have shot a 1911 with a bald eagle engraved on it though. I could feel the freedom flowing through me.
The video you posted in Why I wont support this game and @TobiTobsen response to it made me laugh for like 30 minutes straight

Its funny though, because we have all these weapons that are really good at killing people, and yet the firearm that has killed the most people on the planet is still the AK. (my mistake not the .22)
thats because its the most produced and used weapon on the planet and is a very powerful weapon , just very inaccurate
its not an L96 , very similar so i will let you off 
its an L115A3 which has a bigger round (uses a 8.59mm round rather than a 7.62mm)
its a extreme long range sniper , anything up to 1000 metres is pretty easy to hit first round where as the L96 is first time hit up to about 700metres after that i gets a little more interesting haha.
i have fired the 50 cal machine gun on the jackal a good few times and you can feel the freedom vibrate through you but unfortunately i wasnt the main gunner so didnt get to enjoy it as much as i would have liked 
and i have had go on the barret once , a us marine sniper had one and let me have a little go .
got some serious kick on it .

This video makes me cringe. All IGN does is talk about Skyrim the whole time and they clearly didn’t spend over 5 minutes researching the game. Also better yet many people in the comments claimed they wont be buying the game because of IGNs shitty video.
All you need to take from that video is the quotes below, they are out of context but it really sums up the whole experience.

That video by IGNorant is ridiculous! its sad because so many consumers trust IGN opinions and they couldn’t even be bothered to do any real research at all; seriously all the “facts” vomited from the speakers mouth sounded like he skimmed through a Google search.
Its also very disappointing that they mentioned Skyrim more then KCD itself.
