My state also has bi polar weather. This week has been 20 degrees on day and 80 the next. Last year the grass was still green at Christmas too.

I’m afraid that will be out of my price range for a while still. My cousins recently went to Europe and I’m pretty sure it costed them each around 3000 dollars.

400 a month is still pretty pricey, if i go to collage I’m gonna have to work for a while before i can afford it. Which is fine by me honestly, it will give me time to think about what i want to do with my life.

@TheDivineInfidel the military as always interested me, and still does would you recommend it? Because ive heard vets discourage young people like myself from joining.

@thedivineinfidel : On the healthcare we talked about few days ago:

There is a Brit working in the company where I work. He’s been here for about two years, but only yesterday we had some drinks and talked some more.

His wife had a bump in her breasts. For about three years, she would go numerous times to visit doctors in UK, but they always told her it’s nothing.

First thing they moved here she went to see a Czech doctor. She was on surgery and chemotherapy before she could say “jagsemash”. Turns out it was a tumor. Czech doctors simply didn’t believe her she went to see anyone with degree in medicine in UK and they didn’t find it.

He told me that even though they met some pretty terrible behaving doctors (one told them “if you’re here, you should talk to me in Czech”), there is no doubt in his mind that the health care here is on much higher level than in UK.

He is a lawyer and his wife worked in a bank, so I suppose they also had that private extra insurance you wrote about.

Well as I said, there are various places in Europe with various prices. Also, as a tourist you always pay more while traveling than a local/student living on a budget.

For example, back to Olomouc. A month at University dormitory (a single bed room in 4 bedroom apartment with shared kitchen and two bathrooms) will cost you the same as one night in a hotel at the center (about €120).

You get a monthly ticket for public transportation (which is excellent) for about €14, which is about the same price a tourist pays to get from the train station to the hotel and back.

Subsidized lunches and dinners at University caffeteria will cost you about €1.5, while a tourist will pay at least €15 at a no fuzz restaurant in the center.

I won’t have Czechs flying me," said Yossi, one of the passengers. “I can only feel safe flying with an Israeli company.”

That’s fucking cheap .

One of my friends rents a house to a couple of students and he charges about £500 each for the month .

But that’s off campus so it’s alot more expensive than. If you was to stay on the university accommodation.

Students have a reputation here of trashing. Places and being messy so often the landlord has to spend a fuck ton getting the property back up to decent levels , so it’s quite expensive for students to rent these days . A part time job is a must for them .

Yes sadly this is a big issue here Identifying cancer . And we do have some useless local doctors . Many of whom get qualified in India and come and work here for the money . Some are very good of course but a lot are lazy . Cough like my local doctor cough

They now have special screening centres which are getting better results . However With cancer I would be going private myself .

I would highly recommend it . Best years of my life and I got to travel all over the world and see some beautiful and not so beautiful places .
But again I won’t blow smoke up your arse . Not every day is exciting . Their is a lot of sitting around on sentry duty , signing people into the base etc which is boring as hell  .
And of course you need to be sure with yourself that you are prepared to shoot another human being .

But if you enjoy guns , camping and hunting you will love the miltary . Just the prey is slightly different

Look clean and modern enough . Not a bad deal . I gather they are owned by the university and not privately rented

talking of the NHS . yesterday they carried out a hip replacement succesfully on a woman aged 100 and fucking 12

thats some life . she fell and broke her hip at home last week , and was in a lot of pain so of course was rushed into surgery . for every horror story of the NHS there are still plenty of amazing ones , no health service is perfect

Well i’ll keep all this into consideration, that is cheaper than a lot of collages in my state by the look of it.

Well here you have doctors actively trying to cover up and hide certain diseases. My Brother got a tick on him after hiking about 7 years ago, he started to develop hives, and swollen joints after a month or so. The doctors said he had some disease and starting treat him with this horrible steroid.

This went on for two years and there was no sign of him getting better, his joints got to where he had to use a cane, and be carried up the stairs. So then they re diagnosed him with Arthritis. My mother read some stuff online about Lyme s disease, and we got him tested for it and he had it.

The doctors here were still hell bent on saying Lyme s doesn’t exist in my state and mistreated him for 4 years. So he had to get treatment by a lymes doctor, but he still has permanent damage because of it.

Im surprised by that . considering you’re paying for that (through insurance or other means ) .

Here depending on your doctor it can be an arse getting medication . my local doctor is a right tight cunt when it comes to medication . i went in a few weeks back with a chest infection and i swear i felt like he was prescribing me his fucking daughter when writing me out the ticket to pick up some antibiotics

Well they’re hush hush about it here because the drug companies make billions off of misdiagnosing, selling people expensive drugs that do no not help you.

My mother had to fight tooth and nail just to get him treatment for it, and they’re still denying the existence of that disease in my state. Doctors can lose their licenses for treating people with it.

It’s really easy here. Tell them you think you need anti boitics and they’re yours. I usually have to get them few times a year. They honestly hand them out too easily here though that’s why antibiotics are becoming less and less effective.

What?! Where?! Show me this censorship!

I just read your steam messages. This is troubling indeed, why would anyone want to delete our beloved troll cave?
