There was a story here about a guy in his 90ās whoās dying wish was to ensure his postal vote (voting to leave the EU ) was sent off so that it would count before he died . It was sent and it was counted as valid .
They died a long time ago, and they are somehow voting in yearly state elections, itās complete fraud.

Look, I am not saying that your system doesnāt have issues and that those issues should be addressed, but dead people voting does not seem like an issue of a proportion that can have much of an impact.
We have it easy here. You need to show your ID at the ballot box which is crosschecked against the list of people with permanent residence in the area (you need special registration if you want to vote outside of your permanent residence area). Which makes it damn near impossible to fake your way in.
But would you want your government to have a full database of citizens (who are issued ID) as well as their permanent residences?

That wasnāt what i was debating, i was shedding light on the fact that voting security is incredibly lax here, which makes cheating very easy. You yourself linked an article talking about how the Oregon mall shooter voted three times as an illegal immigrant (all the votes went to the Democrats, big surprise there).
You already have to put down your address when you register to vote, so i see no issue with it. The reason vote ID doesnāt exist in the U.S is because of how heavily the left relies on voter fraud, mainly illegal immigration. They scream racist at anyone who actually proposes it.
