I did that online test couple of years ago and I was quite horrified by the inner racist within me.
I came to conclusion that growing up in a town where most crime was associated with gypsies with our school being in the middle of gypsy ghetto and every trip to/from school being an adventure of its own left deep imprints in me. We were officially recommended never to come/leave school alone, always in groups of at least 5 kids.
The worst thing for a kid to cope with is the kind of violence that happens simply because the perps (gypsy kids) are bored and consider it a good way to waste their time.
I was lucky, I was severely beaten only once (with few other minor fistfights). One kid got dragged into a cellar and received several hours of Guantanamo treatment. After that they put cops on most corners during morning and afternoon. It was a little bit like visiting Jewish school in Gaza.
We once had school kids from Germany visiting us. I asked them what surprised them the most, and their answer was “the barbed wire that you have all around your school”. That was the moment when it struck me, this was THE normal for us.
When I moved elsewhere for University studies I was quite surprised how fucking SAFE basically all of the rest of the country is. That you can move around the town in the night without any forethought of which way to choose so that your chances of running into chavs are small. That was unimaginable in 2000s Karviná.

I experienced similar shit with Mexicans. They are very clanish, and like to gang up on people, since they’re quite short and have troubles taking on people by them selves.
They also steal anything that isn’t nailed down. It’s really just them though, Hispanics from other Latin America nations don’t act like fuckwads.

Probably a prank, if they’re only demanding that amount.
Can’t see taking down the IT systems for health infrastructure as being a prank. No matter how ‘funny’ the perps thought they were being. It puts people’s lives at risk.
People do stuff like that a lot as a “prank” now a days. “Swatting” ( calling a swat team on someone) is extremely dangerous, but there are assholes out there who find it hilarious. I think the hacker who hacked an airline jet a few years ago called it a prank.
I’m pretty sure no one targeted hospitals, they were probably just infected by some common ransomware due to terrible security. However, admiting such embarassing fuck up would cost job a lot of people in charge, maybe even politicians, so we will hear about sophisticated cyber attacks, and I’m sure even almighty “russian hackers” will get fair share of blame.
