To truly cripple the U.S you would need to hit Cheyenne mountain, the pentagon, San Diego naval base, the base you included, and the U.S government buildings in D.C. All of those except the base you listed are too close to major population centers to not cause potentially millions of deaths. I would most likely die of radiation poisoning if Cheyenne mountain was hit despite it being close to 70 miles away.

The fact that I didn’t agree with your simple arguments (which were mostly wrong - i.e. immigration blamed on EU, economic fallout, etc.) doesn’t make me pro-European.

Well in the UK we are disarmed for the most part because that’s the attitude of the majority .

That is misunderstanding.
Habsburgs and Catholic church needed to kill 1/3 and to expell 1/3 population to get the rest unarmed.
Germans needed to kill 360.000 people to reach that goal.
Communists needed to make about the same number flee and another 200.000 lock in concentration camps.
Unless you want to argue that the EU is about to start concentration and extermination camps, the only difference will be that legal guns go to the black market, and Czech police and judiciary will mostly resign on enforcing the gun ban.
This is not Germany, nor UK for that matter, for people to follow rules they don’t agree with. That’s how we got by during 3 centuries of occupation, it is in our nature.

We surrendered after over 100 KIA and 2000 MIA to an overwhelming force of countries that outnumbered us 10:1, had armies alongside the entire border and who were supported by our up-to-then allies, i.e. France (military alliance) and UK (political allies).
