They say fiber is coming but not for a couple of years. By then I will move somewhere else because my kids will be in college.

Well you see the screen shot of the iPad/iPhone is 3G in the corner. I mostly set the phone on that case if I set it to LTE it chews the battery power for some reason. I have 150 gigs anytime use data and 150 gigs nite time data (from 10pm to 7am, which I usually use for patching games and so on). They tend to cap the super speed internet here, but uncap the slow adsl. I never realy deplete my data as my data provider gives us free streaming for the plan I’m on. I pay around +/- $50 give or take I’m not super accurate with the currency conversion lol

in my neck of the woods, roughly as follows:
10 mbps is starter
30 mbps is next upgrade
100 mbps is 2 step upgrade (to me, around this level is the minimum if you want everybody in family to be able to do internet, stream movies, simultaneously without having lag issues)
300 mbps is (at or about) top end

They still offer 256k here. Can you believe that. In the Us 60 miles from a major city.
And some businesses still use it for their creditcard scanners lol.

crazy, in S Korea average speed is said to be just shy of 30 mbps… and a gig allegedly costs $20-ish per month

Well then methinks my internet speeds are not to bad then. Sometimes my country get a bad rep. I can’t condone the sins of my forefathers, but life here is pretty much the same as in the Uk and US (depending on where you live obviously). Some of our major cities are facing a water crisis (cause our government is restarted). Power cuts have not been around for the last two years, and we live in normal houses in normal suburbs and drive cars like you would see mainly in the uk and so on. I have a vw Gti, I dunno if you get those in the US, probably under a different model name I suppose. Ik we had somethings called a vw citi golf but in the US it was called a vw rabbit!

The bad thing is that even bottled water can hurt you because of the plastic in it. US just spent like 10 trillion dallors to help rebuild American but said nothing about the water. We have 20 percent of the world’s water right here and they do nothing but throw it away. It ain’t right. Sorry I got political but it isn’t.

Our government wants/is trying to provide water to everyone in the country, problem is they don’t upgrade the infrastructure so the demand out ways supply. Though it is true some areas are experiencing very low rainfall. Where I am we have not got a problem yet, but a city close to us is under severe water restrictions due to drought

I’m on siege chapter in my KCD ATM, but I’m running around doing other stuff, like finishing side quests and looking for treasure, I might complete it this wkend, but I’m not rushing. I like hunting and stealing. ATM stole the charlatans robes from his trunk and am running around wearing that lol
