Kingdoms, kings and queens. Nobles, peasants. Houses, surroundings. Crafts, markets, smithy, workshops.

Better question is what doesnā€™t fascinate you. For me itā€™s the fact that the era was more advanced than people give it credit for. Medieval Europe was not a barbaric hellhole as is commonly portrayed.

What fascinates me ? compared to are world now and my opinions about

Wellā€¦

Happiness!

You mean Danse Macabre and everything?

The obvious romantic views on it aside I think one of the things that draw me to the medieval world is that it was, in some ways, a whole lot simpler than today. I find the idea of life as a farmer in a rural village to be very appealing, spending your days with honest work to feed yourself and the community you are part of, in a way very different to today. Though Iā€™m quite aware of the many comforts and freedoms we have that wouldnā€™t apply to them.

Living my modern life Iā€™ve been struggling with school for years and now struggling even more to find a job after finishing that, unable to get anywhere.

But hey, we get video games, so thats cool.

Where do you live, what did you study?

Your story kind of sounds like modern version of a medieval farmer trying to grow rise on an arid field.

The clothes and armorsā€¦ especially Kilt and Sporran.
I love Scotland and hate Eduard I, Edward Longshanks
Throne orders (the I, II, III, IV, V, etc.)
nobility families and his banners (or family crests?)
Construction methods of houses (Iā€™m qualified carpenter too)
How the people life (food, healthy, social life between people)
Daughters of Kings^^ or the female citizens :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

There are so many things that fascinate me! dream

Or boss lives right next door

I have no idea what ā€œgeneral studiesā€ means, but wish you best of luck with finding a job, whatever your skill and training was aimed at.
