What platform U using?

My main platform is OsX (I mainly use my pc to develop and OS is for my usecase the best choice), so I will probably try this version first. I really enjoy to see games supporting Linux, OsX & Windows : I don’t know what OS I will be using in one or two years and I don’t want to be tied to one only because of a lack of support. I already have a windows partition only for gaming and that’s not an ideal situation.

PC, and I think I have to buy a new one for this game

PC master race here!

PC with mouse and keyboard

Mac and maybe a PS4 in future. But normally don’t need any consoles

Every game I played on both console and computer, I always prefer the console version. I’m definitely only going to play this on PS4 or not at all. Its just a much better experience for me.

Linux support for CryEngine is finally there: http://www.pcgamesn.com/crytek-confirms-linux-support-new-cryengine

My gaming computer exclusively runs Funtoo linux (a gentoo derivative maintained by Daniel Robbins), and that’s the only system I have that I care about. So linux PC for me.

Although, when the alpha hits, there’s a good chance I’ll be trying to get the Windows version running in Wine. I have my doubts that it will work, but we’ll see.

The superior platform. The PC of course.

As soon as I heard there would be full support for modding, I made the choice to go with PC. Other platforms aren’t even a consideration at this point for me.

Pc with Gentoo Linux! Also I prefer mouse and keyboard over controller, specially since this game is a first person view

Pc and in the future, PS4

I’ll be playing on the XB1:).

I’d be on a consol, as to weather it’s a a PS or Xbox remains to bees seen as I have owned both and hold no loyalty/favour to either.

Although in all likly hood as my boyfriend has a PS4, I’d be plumping for a Xbox One, then that way there is no need to miss out on certain games because they are exsclusisve to one or the other, to me it makes sense much to my boyfriends irritation as he’s well and truly in the PS camp. lol

IF I ever have the money to buy a PC again, I would also have it on PC, as I love my PC games…and I miss playing WOW and VTM… but there is no way in heck I could afford a half decent gaming PC let alone a top end one, so I can’t see me playing thsi game on a PC

One reason I backed this, is the Linux support.
So, Linux (Mint) for me.

Xbox One, my 2 years old Notebook can’t handle this

Manjaro KDE. Linux all the way!

Well I still can’t decide weather to get KCD on Xbox or PS, I have just ordered Elder Scrolls on line for Xbox one, even if I have yet to get a next gen consol.I intened to get both of them eventually; best of both worlds.

Might order KCD on PS4 as my BF has a PS4 and it means we can both play the Alpha version and then the game on his, whilst I save up for my consols.

I fear the alpha version won’t be available on consoles. If you’re lucky there will be a beta version for X1 and PS4. But alpha version will be Windows-PC(+Mac/Linux eventually)-exclusive (not because Warhorse prefers PC but because Sony and MS don’t offer an early access program or alpha support or anything along those lines)…

Yeah, I posted on here before I read and posted on the Alpha/Consol thread…and as I said on that whilst I am not overly fussed, like some, I will admit to being a little gutted as my laptop broke last year.

I have other non essential/frivoulas things to buy, like new cloths as all my old stuff is dying beyong repair, re-enactment gear and a consol that I can acctually play this on… possibly a Hurdy Gurdy, befor I even contemplate getting a new/decent PC or laptop…never mind one that is gaming worthy.
