Let’s face it… it’s gone down no mans sky’s path. Vague responses full of excuses with a game that wasn’t what was advertised or anywhere near ready.
In one of the posts around here the community manager admitted they released a game they weren’t happy with and it wasn’t finished… and he said it like it was some kind of apology whilst being honest.
Honesty would have been saying that they weren’t happy with the game and it wasn’t finished before it released so people didn’t spend money on a beta stage game unless they really wanted too. But no they were happy to sell a million copies of a game they knew was in a huge pile of crap state.
Fan boys are fighting for sympathy but the truth is I wouldn’t get away with this with my customers and I can guarantee I haven’t racked in half as much money as they have selling a million copies so they aren’t doing too bad. I have no sympathy for them, they knew the game wasn’t ready and it was a mess but they released it and sold it for AAA money.
