1.3 Patch for Consoles and maybe PC..........Loading Problems Introduced

I love the game, Big fan and I’m patiently waiting for DLC and New Content via Updates, But the following is things I have found to be bothersome after the Latest Patch, Mostly Increased Loading Times

NPC Dialogue = Increased Loading Times just to talk to ANY Npc

Fast Travel= Loading Time and Screen added to arrival of Fast Travel destination

Random Encounters= Black Loading Screen upon arriving on Random Encounters get you killed because AI is already hitting you while screen is loading.
Eating Beans= Loading Screen added/increased
VSync= Removed from Travel Map
NPC= Clothing/Heads Not Rendering

I will post more once I play some more. This is not a gripe, I enjoy the game very much, Could win Game of the Year

PC on a superfast enterprise M2 drive…

And ‘yes’ definately been extra time added to loading and streaming subsystems…

For me it isnt really countable. (Convos load in .3 of a second etc…, game loads in around 8) but every sonoften it just takes noticably more, and asset streaming has become a ‘very occaisional’ issue.
Eg I have actually seen a texture rotate in front of me when I never had previously…

So either a)the game has fragged something important making a whole slew of systems work harder and they now get caught out sometimes- even on high end rigs…
Or b) game is getting fragmented further and worse with every succesive update

I think it is a little from column a and a lil from column b. …

Can confirm that even on ninja PCs… some issues are getting subtlety worse before they get better.
Todays patch did feature optimisations that should massively help on consoles… and will be out shortly. 1.4 patch is done and waiting clearances…

Once they have a handle on the handful of causes- we will get a polished gem. It would seem they are close and they are willing to gimp high end PCs to get there quickly (needs of the masses outweighing the needs of the few)

Textures seem to be a little better, But it is hard to tell because of the long loading screens I think was implemented to allow more rendering time… I could be wrong

MODERATORS OR DEVELOPERS, Can we pls get a Patch to resolve this issue… The loading screen when arriving to destination or Random encounter is Too Long…It also happens when you tell people you will follow them, This had to be known in testing…Right now, It FEELS BROKEN

I too have noticed this issue, particularly when I got ambushed by bandits whilst fast traveling, almost died a few times.
The last time was the worst, I got unhorsed and I tried to run but my horse was running away too. Was actually pretty comical, in hindsight.

What I am seeing now it is an extra load after eating from a pot on a camp fire. Did someone else got this one?

Yes I did, But it does not happen each time and talking to NPC load times seem increased. How can we connect a Mod or Dev to this post?

Im also seeing Screen Tearing was implemented, It mostly happens when galloping on Horse at full speed. I hate screen tearing, It’s not bad really…But I hate it.

Same here - Xbox One. Exactly as stated, although I’m also experiencing severe FPS drops, even outside of the towns.
Prior to 1.3, things were ok - the small bugs were a little annoying but didn’t detract from my enjoyment of the game. Since this patch though, things have gone horribly wrong.
Like you, this is a massive pity because I really do love this game and can put up with poorer graphics, slow rendering even long loading screens but when the game turns into a stop start animation when you start walking around or in combat, it’s practically unplayable.

I also get this on PC, pretty annoying for random encounters during fast travel.
